Action Energy
Are you considering replacing equipment but short of capital? You can apply for an interest free Energy Loan of between £5,000 and £50,000 to invest in energy efficient equipment by contacting ACTION ENERGY. Action Energy is a programme run by the Carbon Trust, funded by DEFRA, with the objective of getting businesses to cut energy consumption and improve energy efficiency. They also offer:

•	Surveys of energy use resulting in an action plan to save costs and to save energy
•	Detailed reviews of process and building improvements that reduce consumption and increase bottom line results
•	Design advice to lower fuel bills and create a healthier working environment
•	Funding for capital intensive investments that lead to energy efficiencies and Enhanced Capital Allowances

Envirowise
