The client was new to the UK being part of a European company. They had some prestigious clients and their client list was growing slowly, however, they were aware of the need to establish more credibility (when tendering) by acquiring some more “larger” clients i.e. cleaning contracts with minimum value of £30k per year, in their existing geographical location.
Objectives: -
What Platinum Did: -
We worked with the business development team to: 1. Determine who the target companies should be 2. Source and build the relevant marketing database (i.e. list of “local” companies and decision makers) 3. Design a brief for telemarketers
We were fully responsible for: 5. Running the telemarketing campaign – using our own fully trained team 6. Evaluating the results and communicating these back to the Company
The Results: -
The total cost of the project was £10,000 + VAT. However, we utilised a government subsidy, which meant that in reality the client paid £5,000. This included all the above as we understand the need to work within budgets and be cost effective
