Can we make your accounts and business finance one less thing to worry about?
How do we work? 1. You send us your paperwork – receipts, invoices, statements, etc. You can do this by post, fax and/or email (we even send you a reminder to do this) 2. We process the information using our accounting software (If you sign up for the platinum service you can review and update on-line at any time) 3. We send you monthly management accounts (Profit & Loss) (and payroll if you asked for these) 4. We prepare your end of year accounts and company tax return (for limited companies) 5. We meet with you to discuss these and then submit on your behalf
Irrespective of which service you chose, you will receive:
· Monthly accounts on a regular basis (helping you keep track of how you are doing against the targets you set yourself and invaluable if you need to discuss your financial affairs with a lender or investor) · VAT returns on a regular basis no need to worry at the end of the quarter · End of year accounts · An annual meeting to discuss your accounts and how to improve upon the financial affairs of your business.
The Small Print: · The monthly fees quoted above exclude VAT and are the minimum fees for the service grades. Your fee will depend upon your turnover and the type of business you run e.g. an IT contractor with one main customer would come in at the lower end of the scale whilst a temp agency with many clients and many transactions a week would cost more. · Company tax return is included in the fee however personal tax returns and completion of self assessment would require additional fees Please call 0845 054 5061 or email info@platinum-business.com if you would like to arrange a meeting or for more information. |
